Two ways to get Certified
Certified Facilitator
I teach the core methodology via a series of short, engaging videos, and you manage the class.
A Trainer's Guide maps the conversations, discussion questions and workbook instructions for you.
Perfect for managers, in-house trainers, broker/owners (real estate, mortgages, insurance).
Since I do the teaching, you don't have to develop any of the program or curriculum. It's all there. Ready to go.
Your main job is to manage the people, make them accountable, and ensure they track their results.
Certified Coach
Everything as a Facilitator with one big distinction: You remain the expert. The focus. The one with the master plan.
As a Certified Coach, you teach the frameworks yourself, without my videos.
You can lead a 1:1 coaching session, going deep and being laser focused. Or create 3-day Mastermind events, accelerating people through the steps.
Or fold it into your membership program, adding implementation to your curriculum.
In all cases, the focus is to get people to take the advice you're giving and DO it!
Whichever path you choose, you get every video, all the materials, and ongoing support from me and this amazing community of high performing Trainers and Coaches.
Your Path to Certification
You have six months to complete the three steps to get Certified as a Facilitator or a Coach
Step 1:
Learn the Method
Once your accepted, you get instant access.
Work through the 14 sessions at your own pace, learning the strategies, frameworks and class delivery models.
A short quiz will verify that you understand the session topic.
Once you pass, you'll automatically be moved to the next session in the methodology.
Step 2:
Show me
Send me one recording of you facilitating or coaching live.
You can submit this mid-way through your session review, or wait until you've completed all 14. A Video Submission Rubric guides you to know what is required.
If I need you to adjust your delivery, you'll get immediate feedback, and can resubmit a new recording.
Once you are approved, you'll get a link to book your Certification Test with Rebecca.
Step 3:
Get Certified &
Launch
In this 2-hour session, we'll review the program, how you'll be using it and review how to manage group dynamics, onboarding new clients, pricing and more.
Once you pass the Certification Interview, you'll be granted full access to all Trainer materials, marketing and sales resources and more.
At this point, you can begin to fill your cohorts, launch your workshops, and start officially coaching as a Certified member of our community!

This certification isn't for everyone
It's important to know if this is right for you. Because it's not always a 100% perfect fit.
Every applicant books a call with me and completes an application prior to the call. You actually can't have the call without it. That's on purpose. I accept people who:
Already have people to deliver it to a team, a group, clients, or any audience.
Already give advice, coaching or training and earn a living doing so (or it's a key part of what they do day to day)
Want their people to take action, not just learn more
Self-accountable: Can work through the sessions and the recordings themselves without needing to be pushed
What it is:
✅ A proven system for getting people to act on what they already know
✅ Training to deliver the Mountain Method as a facilitator, a coach or both
✅ A licence to use the framework and call yourself Certified
✅ A way to raise results and keep clients and team members longer, and producing at higher levels consistently
What it isn't:
❌ A program for building a coaching business from scratch
❌ A course on how to coach
❌ Lead generation, marketing or sales training. here are plenty of those, and we offer insights but we don't train on this
❌ A lead generation source: we don't find clients for you
❌ A promise income

All Your Questions Answered
How Long Does The Certification Process Take to Complete?
You have 6 months to review all the session materials, record 1 practice session and set up your Certification Interview date with Rebecca. You can finish any time within the 6 months.
Is the Training Delivered Online or In Person?
This program is delivered in 100% online. No need to travel or take time off work! Your Certification Interview is also completed online.
What's the Total Time Commitment To Become a Certified Trainer?
It will take about 2-3 hours per session and we recommend one session per week for great pacing, without overwhelming your calendar.
What Happens After I am Certified?
You can immediately start enrolling participants into your own 100 Days to Peak Performance cohorts, and/or begin including this in your coaching curriculum, plus use the program materials and facilitation guides provided.
Do I Need Prior Facilitation Experience?
No — we’ll train you in facilitation, coaching, and engagement strategies. If you already have experience, you’ll refine and elevate your skills.
Will I Get Access to Program Materials?
Yes, you’ll receive the full curriculum, trainer guides, participant workbooks, and all supporting resources while you train, even more when you graduate!
What Kind of Ongoing Support is Available?
You’ll have access to trainer community calls, updated materials, and marketing resources for as long as you keep your certification active.
How Much Can I Charge For My 100 Days Cohorts?
The 100 Days program is currently $350 (though subject to change). You earn commission on that price, minus a $100 admin fee to run the system on your behalf.
What do I charge as a Coach?
You can set your coaching fees however you want. It is recommended that if you certify as a Coach, you embed the cost of at least one run of the 100 Days program in a 12-month period ($100 per client). What you charge for 1:1 or hybrid or group is entirely up to you.
Do You Help With Marketing and Sales?
Yes — you’ll get training on how to sell and market the program, along with templates, and a launch plan.
Is There an Ongoing Fee to Maintain My Certification?
Yes — there’s a $200/month licensing and membership fee to keep your trainer status active and access all materials. You cannot train without it. Bad things happen if you do, so we encourage people to be honest and good!
Do I Need to Renew My Certification?
Certification remains active as long as you pay your monthly license fee and follow program guidelines. If you become inactive, there is a reactivation fee.
Will this bring me new clients?
Not directly. I have to be upfront about that. we don't offer lead generation services, will not fill your cohort, or teach you how to be a great coach. We assume you're already doing those things. We help you get better results with the people you already have, or get in the future.
Can I use this alongside my current coaching or training program?
you bet! That's what it's built for! You keep teaching your stuff, and the Mountain Method frameworks you teach alongside ensure they do what you're telling them to, and get better results when they do.
What is your refund policy?
I try hard to ensure only the right people get into the Certification program, but sometimes I get it wrong. In that case, you have 7 days to request a refund. After that, no refunds are provided.
I'm not high-energy, or rah-rah. Can I still do this?
Yes. This isn't about being a motivational speaker. Heck, it's not about motivation! The structure does the heavy lifting. Facilitators have my videos to lean on, and coaches have in-depth Guides to help them with the questions to ask to elicit the answers that have meaning.
