What Exactly Will I Get From This Program?

This program is designed to give you real transformation—not just more information. Over 14 weeks, you'll not only gain clarity and confidence in your business or personal growth journey, but you'll also be supported in taking action every single week. Our weekly sessions are designed to help you implement what you learn, get feedback, and stay accountable—so by the end of the program, you're not where you started… you're miles ahead.

How Much Time Will I Need to Commit Each Week?

Each weekly session is 60–90 minutes. We keep things tight and results-focused, so you're not wasting hours on content you don’t need. You’ll also have a short action step to take in between sessions—designed to move you forward without overwhelming your schedule. Most people spend 1–2 hours max per week outside of the session.

How Often Do We Meet?

The full program is 14 weeks (or 100 days). Sessions are held live or live virtual once every 7 days. Sessions range from 1.5-2 hours, depending on how your facilitator runs it.

Do I Have Access to the Materials Once the Program is Done?

You will be able to re-take the assessment every 3 months to continue to monitor your progress, however the session videos and updates will no longer be available once you've completed the 100 Days. You'll receive the Participation Guide, which you will use throughout the program, which you will retain to review after the program is finished.
